I draw upon different therapeutic approaches to tailor what treatment best fits my client's needs. I have specialty training in EMDR trained, PACT (couples therapy), and Mastery Attachment Theory. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. My approach is informed by the Diamond Approach to Inner work and well as my Mindfulness Meditation instructor training.
